In my practice, I combine two approaches: Neuro-Balance — a gentle technique that helps release tensions and return the body to its alignment without rough manipulations. Life Energy — a practice inspired by Indian traditions that helps to release the body's energy and create a sense of well-being. The goal of the session is to release accumulated stress and return the body to a sense of lightness and harmony.
